Consent To Collect And Use Candidate Information
By submitting your resume, application, availability, work history, certifications, identification details, or other job-related information, you consent to EO Staffing collecting and using that information to assess your suitability, contact you about work, present you for suitable opportunities, arrange interviews or assignments, and administer candidate or assignment records.
Sharing With Clients

References, Checks, And Verification

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate information and promptly notifying EO Staffing of changes to contact details, availability, certifications, work status, or other information that may affect placement.
Withdrawal Of Consent
You may contact EO Staffing to withdraw consent or request that your candidate profile be updated or removed, subject to any legal, contractual, payroll, safety, compliance, or recordkeeping obligations.
